Leadership Team

Founder and former Managing Director of INTRIGUE by Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Past experience also includes senior leadership positions overseeing Blackstone owned portfolios with annual revenues in excess of $1B per year. Most of which were in gateway markets & consisted of extremely diverse asset classes - hotels, resorts, golf courses, and marinas.

Outside of keeping a very fast pace in his work life, Brian’s passions is coaching youth sports for his kids’ teams. He believes teaching teamwork in a competitive environment is a key ingredient with developing a successful workgroup that carries forward for many years to come.

Brian Sparacino

Formerly SVP at Aimbridge Hospitality, Gary has overseen an array of esteemed lifestyle brands throughout the US and overseas. Gary led operations for MakeReady Hotels and a large part of his formative years were spent with Ian Schrager and the Morgans Hotel Group. He also served with The Lightstone Group & Bridge Hotel Group. He developed a deep operational skill set as Area General Manager for SBE Hotels as he led the re-branding of The Redbury New York and the pre-opening of the SLS Park Avenue. In addition, Gary served as General Manager at the SLS Beverly Hills and was the opening Managing Director of The LINE in Los Angeles.

Donna has over 25 years of financial leadership experience and her comprehensive knowledge spans all major brands and multiple soft-branded properties across all asset classes. After starting her career in the New York metro area rising to Area Director of Finance with Starwood Hotels, she most recently spent 9 years as Vice President of Hotel Finance for Interstate and Aimbridge overseeing a portfolio of 70+ full and limited-service properties.

Donna Hassett

Former topline and revenue distribution divisional leader for Evolution Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality, and a founding member of INTRIGUE by Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Craig has deep experience across independent hotels as well as all major global brands, including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt.

Craig’s passions center on family, New York City sports teams, pickleball, and golf. When he’s not logged in or spending time with his kids, you’ll likely find him on a pickleball court.

Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Farmingdale State College.

Mark is a true lifestyle hotelier who excels in building and executing annual and capital budgets, cost controls, revenue management, sales strategy, and creative marketing, including social media-driven initiatives, within complex, large-scale union hotels and convention operations.

With over 25+ years of experience, Tanya Sims is VP of Operations at Rebel Hotel Company, leading operational performance across the portfolio. Prior to Rebel, she served as Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality for five years and held the same role at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, supporting portfolio operations through the integration of Rim Hospitality’s management contracts.

Jacob Wigdor is Director of Acquisitions & Development, where he leads deal sourcing, underwriting, and business plan development while supporting management proposals and execution across the portfolio. Earlier in his career, Jacob worked in front-of-house operations at the Wentworth Mansion, bringing an on-the-ground hospitality perspective to his investment and operational work. Jacob is an alumni of the Cornell Hotel School.

Mark LeBlanc is a key member of Rebel’s West Coast team, bringing over 25 years of extensive hotel development experience. Prior to joining Rebel in 2023, he served as Executive Vice President at Aimbridge, where he played a pivotal role in organizing hundreds of hotel transactions across diverse markets nationwide.

Previously, she held OD and training leadership roles with Planned Parenthood of Orange & San Bernardino Counties. She earned an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and pursued doctoral study in leadership at USC.

Katie Kane is a hospitality professional with 25 years of experience in the hotel industry and 15 years specializing in revenue management across diverse markets. A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, Katie has built a career developing pricing strategies, forecasting models, and segmentation optimizations that elevate topline performance and strengthen market competitiveness. Before joining Rebel, Katie was Corporate Director of Revenue Management at EOS Hospitality. Katie thrives at the intersection of data and strategy, translating complex trends into clear, actionable decisions.

Her background also includes regional leadership with Lore Group and senior roles with Kimpton, blending data-driven performance with lifestyle and luxury brand building.

He holds a double master’s degree from Georgetown University and IESA Business School in Caracas, Venezuela. Earlier, he held a social media marketing role at Marriott International, focused on campaign analytics, UX optimization, and growth.
