Founder and former Managing Director of INTRIGUE by Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Past experience also includes senior leadership positions overseeing Blackstone owned portfolios with annual revenues in excess of $1B per year. Most of which were in gateway markets & consisted of extremely diverse asset classes - hotels, resorts, golf courses, and marinas.

Outside of keeping a very fast pace in his work life, Brian’s passions is coaching youth sports for his kids’ teams. He believes teaching teamwork in a competitive environment is a key ingredient with developing a successful workgroup that carries forward for many years to come.

Formerly SVP at Aimbridge Hospitality, Gary has overseen an array of esteemed lifestyle brands throughout the US and overseas. Gary led operations for MakeReady Hotels and a large part of his formative years were spent with Ian Schrager and the Morgans Hotel Group. He also served with The Lightstone Group & Bridge Hotel Group. He developed a deep operational skill set as Area General Manager for SBE Hotels as he led the re-branding of The Redbury New York and the pre-opening of the SLS Park Avenue. In addition, Gary served as General Manager at the SLS Beverly Hills and was the opening Managing Director of The LINE in Los Angeles.

Donna has over 25 years of financial leadership experience and her comprehensive knowledge spans all major brands and multiple soft-branded properties across all asset classes. After starting her career in the New York metro area rising to Area Director of Finance with Starwood Hotels, she most recently spent 9 years as Vice President of Hotel Finance for Interstate and Aimbridge overseeing a portfolio of 70+ full and limited-service properties.

Former topline and revenue distribution divisional leader for Evolution Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality, and a founding member of INTRIGUE by Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Craig has deep experience across independent hotels as well as all major global brands, including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt.

Craig’s passions center on family, New York City sports teams, pickleball, and golf. When he’s not logged in or spending time with his kids, you’ll likely find him on a pickleball court.

Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Farmingdale State College.

Formerly Vice President of Operations at Meyer Jabara Hotels and Regional General Manager at Remington. Mark is a true lifestyle hotelier who excels in building and executing annual and capital budgets, cost controls, revenue management, sales strategy, and creative marketing, including social media-driven initiatives, within complex, large-scale union hotels and convention operations.

With over 25+ years of experience, Tanya Sims is VP of Operations at Rebel Hotel Company, leading operational performance across the portfolio. Prior to Rebel, she served as Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality for five years and held the same role at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, supporting portfolio operations through the integration of Rim Hospitality’s management contracts.

With over 30 years of diverse experience working in the hospitality industry, Patrick is a driving force of expertise and innovation. He has played a pivotal role in both launching and managing some of the most iconic properties and experiences in the hospitality landscape. His deep understanding of the industry equips him to navigate challenges while identifying and seizing opportunities for growth.

Jacob Wigdor is Director of Acquisitions & Development, where he leads deal sourcing, underwriting, and business plan development while supporting management proposals and execution across the portfolio. Earlier in his career, Jacob worked in front-of-house operations at the Wentworth Mansion, bringing an on-the-ground hospitality perspective to his investment and operational work. Jacob is an alumni of the Cornell Hotel School.

Mark LeBlanc is a key member of Rebel’s West Coast team, bringing over 25 years of extensive hotel development experience. Prior to joining Rebel in 2023, he served as Executive Vice President at Aimbridge, where he played a pivotal role in organizing hundreds of hotel transactions across diverse markets nationwide.

Kelly joined Rebel Hotel Company from Wurzak Hotel Group. She focuses on building strong workplace culture, leadership development, and scalable people practices across hospitality operations. Previously, she held OD and training leadership roles with Planned Parenthood of Orange & San Bernardino Counties. She earned an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and pursued doctoral study in leadership at USC.

Katie Kane is a hospitality professional with 25 years of experience in the hotel industry and 15 years specializing in revenue management across diverse markets. A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, Katie has built a career developing pricing strategies, forecasting models, and segmentation optimizations that elevate topline performance and strengthen market competitiveness. Before joining Rebel, Katie was Corporate Director of Revenue Management at EOS Hospitality. Katie thrives at the intersection of data and strategy, translating complex trends into clear, actionable decisions.

Sherrin Thomas is Executive Director of Sales & Marketing at Rebel Hotel Company, leading commercial strategy for 20+ branded and independent hotels across the U.S. She previously served as General Manager at Gansevoort and led sales and marketing on the opening team for The Wall Street Hotel New York. Her background also includes regional leadership with Lore Group and senior roles with Kimpton, blending data-driven performance with lifestyle and luxury brand building.

Raluca is Senior Director for transitions & operations. She has close to 20 years of NYC operational experience in union hotels across the city, of which 13 years were spent in operations within branded and independent lifestyle hotels, such as Row (1332 keys), Manhattan Times Square (700 keys) and The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection (725 keys).

Patrick Horstmann is the Director of Luxury & Lifestyle. Horstmann is a seasoned operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex hospitality portfolios. He is recognized for delivering revenue growth, cost control, productivity gains, and elevated guest experiences while consistently exceeding operational performance goals.

Seasoned hospitality engineering leader with over 20 years of experience overseeing engineering and facilities operations across large, complex hotel portfolios. Currently serving as Area Director of Engineering, Pedro has deep expertise spanning Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, and Great Wolf Lodge brands.

Kim Sparks is an accomplished revenue management leader in the hospitality industry, specializing in demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and multi-channel distribution. She currently serves as Director of Revenue Management at Rebel Hotel Company. Her career includes revenue leadership roles at Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC, 11 Howard Hotel, and property oversight positions for 11 Howard and Gramercy Park Hotel, where she managed $41M+ in annual room revenue budgets.

Alicia Hernandez is Regional VP of Finance at Rebel Hotel Company, overseeing multi-property financial performance across the New York City metro area. Alicia has also held senior corporate finance roles as Corporate Controller at DelMonte Hotel Group and Regional Director of Finance at Aimbridge Hospitality. She spent nearly a decade with Interstate Hotels & Resorts in Greater Los Angeles as an Area Director and Director of Finance.

Helen Rozenberg is an Area Director of Finance at Rebel Hotel Company, supporting multi-property financial performance and owner reporting. Previously, she held senior finance leadership roles with IHG Hotels & Resorts, including Complex Director of Finance. She also served as Complex Director of Finance at Highgate in New York and as Task Force Director of Finance at TPG Hotels, training and onboarding new controllers. Earlier, she spent nearly six years as Financial Controller at the Hilton New York Grand Central.

Andrew Menz is an Area Director of Finance at Rebel Hotel Company, overseeing financial performance and reporting for hotel operations in the California market. Prior to Rebel, he served as Director of Finance with Aimbridge Hospitality and spent seven years with HEI Hotels & Resorts, including as Director of Finance at Hotel Republic San Diego (Autograph Collection) and as Centralized Director of Finance.

Raysa is an HR leader at Rebel Hotel Company, serving as Area Director of Human Resources, supporting HR operations and payroll administration across the organization. She brings nearly four years with Rebel and over five years of prior experience at Levy Restaurants as a Human Resources Coordinator.

Juan Sanchez is an HR leader at Rebel Hotel Company, currently serving as Area Director of Human Resources. He supports employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and people programs across the portfolio, with experience in leadership and union environments. Prior to Rebel, Juan spent over eight years with Lott Assisted Living Residence.

Isaac leads digital strategy and performance across the portfolio. He spent over six years with NIHI, twice named Travel + Leisure’s Best Hotel in the World and the only three-Michelin-key hotel in Indonesia, most recently as Digital Marketing Corporate Director, creating the digital marketing strategy for one of the world’s leading ultra-luxury hotels, growing followers and brand awareness with direct impact on revenue. He holds a double master’s degree from Georgetown University and IESA Business School in Caracas, Venezuela. Earlier, he held a social media marketing role at Marriott International, focused on campaign analytics, UX optimization, and growth.

Lydia Bruce is a HR Administrator at Rebel Hotel Company, supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee programs across the portfolio. She brings a strong hospitality operations background, most recently serving as Front Office Manager at The Chatwal, New York, with prior leadership experience at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead and Mainsail Lodging & Development.Grounded in luxury and full-service hotel operations, Lydia takes a people-first approach, partnering with leaders and associates to simplify processes and support a connected employee experience.

Adit Aggarwal is an Acquisitions and Development Analyst at Rebel Hotel Company, supporting deal underwriting and investment analysis. Previously, he served as an Asset Management Analyst at Trinity Investments in Los Angeles, where he focused on portfolio performance, budgeting, and data-driven reporting. Earlier in his career, Adit gained on-the-ground operational experience with The Oberoi Group and ITC Hotels. Adit is an alumni of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
